The head of the center is appointed by the university faculty member for two years from the faculty members.

Note: The re-appointment of the head of the center is permissible.

6: The duties of the chairman

7: Combination of the Research Council

8: Duties and powers of the Research Council

9: Financial provisions

The Center is subject to the Financial and Trading Regulations of Universities and Higher Education and Research institutes affiliated with the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology.

10: Staff recruitment regulations

The members of the faculty are in accordance with the regulations of the research institutes of the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology and the regulations of Tarbiat Modares University in terms of employment regulations and the choice of scientific and general and promotion.

The dissolution of the center is possible with the proposal of the head of the university and the approval of the university council and approval of the Council for the expansion of higher education

In the event of the centers dissolution, its property and assets will be transferred to Tarbiat Modaress University upon settlement.
