    دکتر علی شایان عضو هیئت علمی گروه مدیریت فناوری اطلاعات دانشگاه تربیت مدرس می باشد. ایشان در مقطع کارشناسی در رشته مدیریت دولتی در دانشگاه علامه طباطبایی تحصیل کرده است. همچنین در مقطع کارشناسی ارشد در رشته مدیریت فناوری اطلاعات و در مقطع دکتری در رشته سیاستگذاری علم و فناوری در دانشگاه تربیت مدرس تحصیل نموده است. ایشان مشاور سازمان های دولتی و خصوصی متعددی بوده و با پژوهشکده های کشور همکاری می نمایند. همچنین برگزاری کارگاه های متفاوت برای سازمان ها از اقدامات ایشان است. در حال حاضر ایشان مدیر گروه آموزش حرفه ای مدیران در مرکز مطالعات مدیریت هستند. طراحی و مدیریت مهارت (مرکز توسعه و هدایت روش تحقیق دانشگاه تربیت مدرس) و تاسیس شرکتی در حوزه فناوری اطلاعات (مستقر در پارک علم و فناوری دانشگاه) از دیگر اقدامات ایشان است.

    Abstract

    The number of theories of innovation systems has grown considerably over the past two decades and several innovation system approaches have been developed. The focus of most has been on the development of technological innovations which create economic value.However, addressing macro-level societal problems – sociotechnical and environmental challengesin which the production, dissemination and use of social and technical knowledge and technology can potentially resolve the problem – has been overlooked. The present study argues that in order to resolve such problems, a combination of technical innovations (covering the technological aspects of the problem) and social innovations (covering the social aspects of the problem) are required.

    Abstract

    The main objective of this study is to investigate the factors affecting the use of social networks towards recruiting human resources for organizations. Through an in-depth review of the relevant literature, a questionnaire was designed and distributed among the sample and collected data were analyzed using PLS-Software.
